Q.
Will I be charged for registering?
A.

No, charges are not levied for registering with GerFresh shop Customer App. You can navigate easily in the GerFresh app for a complete shopping experience once you register.

Can I make purchases without registering?
A.

You can surf/browse through the GerFresh’s shop online convenience shopping and add products to your GerFresh shop Cart. However, to make purchases and check out, you will need to register.

I want to cancel / return / exchange item(s)
A.

Our Return/Cancellation/Exchange policy is transparent. If a product supplied is wrong or expired, or you have an issue with quality, do not dispose of the item. It may be picked from you and an immediate replacement provided or an equivalent amount credited to your App Wallet account. This can be used for your subsequent order bills.

What are the modes of payment?

Our Payment Gateway - RazorPay allows you to make payment through UPI, payment apps, Credit/Debit Card (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay)

Are there any other charges/taxes in addition to the price shown?

There are no additional charges/taxes. Our basic pricing is inclusive of GST

You may choose to order an item once or subscribe for the same, for a period of time. We have flexi-options to suit your needs

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your orders within 24 hours or as scheduled by you for subscription products. Our corona-warriors have even delivered during lockdown times

What is the minimum order Value for delivery? Are there any additional delivery charges?
A.

We do not have any restriction on minimum order for delivery. Delivery charges of ₹35/- only will apply for Orders below ₹500/-

Do you have both pick up and delivery options?
A.

YES. You may pre-order and schedule a Pick-up for your order, or have it home delivered by our GetFresh staff

Will GerFresh ask for sensitive information such as bank account details, PIN, card number etc?
A.

number etc? We do not ask for any sensitive Bank information from our customers. All financial transactions are handled through a secure payment gateway. Please do not provide any bank account related sensitive information to our staff or third party delivery agents
